This was a truly unique setting for a truly unique celebration. The service was lead by Vicar Mel, with each section taking an active part in the afternoon.

The Beavers entertained with a carol medley, the Cubs a Christmas song, the Scouts gave their interpretation of Deck the Halls and the screening of their mannequin challenge video made at the HQ. Everyone enjoyed chilli and jacket potatoes which were cooked and served by the Explorer Scouts.

Congratulations to the Cubs who were awarded the pioneering badge for the work completed during the previous term and to Joshua and Ryan for being presented the Chief Scout Gold Award, the highest badge a Scout can achieve.

The Scout and Explorer Summer Camp in Cornwall was also launched at the celebration. This camp promises to be just as great as previous years with many activities and during the week stay just outside Truro.
