Bake flatbreads

Download: Recipe & Method


  • 200g of plain flour or strong white bread flour (either work fine)
  • 150g of additional flour for later on
  • 200 ml of warm water
  • 2 teaspoons of fast-acting yeast
  • 2 tsp of either caster sugar, maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (but any oil you have will work)

St Georges cupcakes

Make cupcakes at home then decorate with Kaa on Zoom at 11am Sunday. Take a look at pics of dragons for reference that would help too!

Cake Ingredients:

  • 120g soft marg/butter
  • 120g caster sugar
  • 120g Self-raising flour
  • 2 eggs
    - or just make your favourite recipe!

    Decoration Ingredients:
  • 140g butter, softened
  • 275g icing sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • A few drops of food colouring (optional)
  • fondant icing of dragonish colour!

Decorate live on Zoom with Kaa 11am on Sunday
